At Pretty Tote, we strive to ensure you absolutely adore your new tote bag. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. So, here’s our easy-to-understand return and refund policy:
Returns: We accept returns on all items within 14 days from the date of receipt, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Simply send us an email at support@prettytote.com with your order number and reason for the return.
How to Return Your Item:
- Contact us via email with your order number.
- .We’ll give you a return shipping label.
- Once we receive the item back, we will inspect it.
- We’ll issue your refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.
Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it as soon as we receive your return. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that refunds doesn’t exceed 14-30 days although processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your tote bag is damaged or defective when you receive it, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! Reach out to us within 7 days, and we’ll send you a replacement or process a full refund.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but if you’d like a different item, simply return the original one for a refund and place a new order.
